PAPERSDear colleague(s) We are happy to inform you that your paper has been accepted for the SCECSAL Conference on Enhancing Democracy and Good Governance through Effective Information and Knowledge Services to be held in Gaborone, Botswana starting from 7th September to 10th September 2010. We would like to request colleagues to proceed with writing of their full papers and submit within the given deadline. We received a total of 114 (hundred and fourteen) abstracts/proposals, but could only accommodate 55 (fifty-five) within our limit of the days of the conference. See the list of accepted papers.
