SCECSAL Countries

The Standing Conference of Eastern, Central and Southern African Library and Information Associations (SCECSAL) is a regional grouping of library and information associations in Africa. The SCECSAL region covers the following countries: Angola, Botswana, Burundi, Congo Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Eritria, Ethiopia, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Madagascar, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Swazliand, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
